Ad policy
Version: October 2026
This policy applies to every ad, landing page and campaign on Advorex Media. Every new ad is reviewed by a person before it can serve, and landing pages are scanned for safety when submitted and again every week. We may refuse or stop any ad that we believe harms readers, the websites in our network, or our service, even if it is not listed below.
1. Not allowed
- Adult content: nudity, sexual content or services, escort services, adult dating focused on sex.
- Gambling and betting: casinos, sports betting, lotteries, sweepstakes that require payment.
- Illegal products and services, and anything illegal in the country where the ad is shown.
- Drugs and drug equipment, including recreational drugs and products that claim to imitate them; tobacco, e-cigarettes and vaping products.
- Weapons: firearms, ammunition, explosives and weapon parts or instructions.
- Malware and unwanted software: viruses, spyware, anything that installs without clear consent, fake "update" or "virus found" messages.
- Deceptive ads: fake system or chat messages, fake close / play / download buttons, clickbait that the landing page does not deliver, made-up news stories or false endorsements by public figures.
- Scams: get-rich-quick schemes, pyramid and Ponzi schemes, "guaranteed" returns, fake giveaways, phishing or any page that asks for passwords or card details under false pretences.
- Counterfeit goods and products that copy someone else's brand.
- Hate and violence: content that attacks people for who they are, glorifies violence, or shows shocking or graphic images.
- Political and election ads.
- Content that harms children, or ads aimed at children for products not suitable for them.
2. Allowed after a closer review
These categories are allowed, but every ad is checked more carefully and we may ask for licences or proof:
| Category | What we check |
|---|---|
| Finance and loans | Clear costs and terms on the landing page, a licensed provider where the law requires one, no promises of guaranteed approval or income. |
| Crypto | Real products and exchanges only; no promises of guaranteed profit, no unregistered token sales or "doubling" offers. |
| Health | No claims to cure or prevent illness, no prescription medicines, no miracle weight-loss claims or before / after images that mislead. |
| Dating | Real services for adults only, with no sexual images or wording. |
3. Ads and creatives
- The ad must say clearly what is offered and who offers it. The brand name in a native ad must be your own.
- Images must be sharp and readable at the chosen size; text must not look like part of the website's own content or menu.
- No flashing faster than three times a second, no sound that plays without the reader choosing it, no fake interface elements.
- HTML5 ads run in a sandbox: they may animate, but they may not open windows, redirect the page, read cookies or load other ads.
- Claims ("best", "number one", prices, discounts) must be true and shown on the landing page.
4. Landing pages
- The landing page must use https, load properly on phones and computers, and match what the ad promises.
- No automatic redirects to other sites, no automatic downloads, no pop-ups that block leaving the page.
- No page that only exists to show more ads.
- Our safety scan opens every landing page when the ad is submitted and every week while it runs. A failed scan pauses the ad until the page is fixed.
- Changing the landing page or the ad file sends the ad back to review; the approved version keeps serving until the new one is approved.
5. Review
New ads are usually reviewed within 24 hours. If an ad is not approved you see the exact reason in your panel and can fix and resubmit it, or ask us to look again with a note.
6. What happens when the policy is broken
- The ad or campaign is paused and you are told why.
- Repeated or serious breaks (malware, scams, deception) close the account. Money spent on traffic already delivered is not refunded; we may keep unspent balance where the law or a payment provider requires it.
- Website owners in our network can block any advertiser or category on their own sites.
Questions about this policy: write to us from your advertiser panel (Support) or use the form on the advertise page.
