Advertiser terms
Version: October 2026
These terms apply when you open an advertiser account with Advorex Media ("we", "us") and run ads through it. By creating an account you accept these terms and the ad policy. If you open the account for a company, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.
1. Your account
- Give true details and keep them up to date. You must confirm your email before using the account.
- Keep your password safe and switch on two-step sign-in. Actions in your account are treated as yours, including those of team members you add.
- We may ask for identity or company documents before raising your daily spending limit, and we may limit or suspend an account while we check it.
2. Prepaid wallet
- Advertising is prepaid. You add money to your wallet; the minimum deposit is $50. All amounts are in US dollars.
- Card payments are processed by our payment partner and credited when the payment is confirmed. Crypto payments are credited after our team has confirmed the transaction on the network; we credit the amount that actually arrived.
- Payment fees charged by card or crypto providers are shown before you pay where we know them.
- Bonus, promo and referral credit can only be spent on ads. It is not money you paid and is never refunded or paid out.
- Your wallet history (statement) lists every deposit, charge, credit and refund. Receipts and monthly statements are available as PDF.
3. Prices and charges
- You set the price you are willing to pay per 1,000 impressions (CPM), or per click where we offer it, at or above the minimum shown in the campaign builder.
- An impression is counted when your ad has actually been shown on the page. You are charged at most your price, and never more than your daily and total budgets, except for small differences that come from counting in real time (a few cents).
- Sponsorship placements are booked for fixed dates at a fixed price. The amount is reserved in your wallet when you book and charged when the booking starts.
- Estimates of impressions and traffic in the panel are estimates, not promises.
4. Invalid traffic
We filter bots, repeated clicks and other invalid traffic before charging you. If invalid traffic is found after it was charged (by our checks or by a website owner), we return that amount to your wallet and show it in your statement. Our counts are the ones used for billing.
5. Ads and review
- Every ad must follow the ad policy and the law of the countries where it is shown. You are responsible for your ads, your landing pages and what you offer there, including any rights to the images, names and text you use.
- We review ads before they serve and may refuse, pause or remove any ad or campaign at any time, with the reason shown in your panel.
- We decide which websites in our network show ads. You can include or exclude sites, and website owners can block advertisers or categories on their sites.
6. Refunds of unspent balance
- You can ask for a refund of the unspent money you paid from your wallet. Money reserved for running sponsorship bookings, bonus and promo credit, and amounts already spent are not refundable.
- Refunds are sent the way you paid where possible. Fees charged by payment providers for the original payment or for the refund may be deducted.
- If a card payment is disputed or reversed, we deduct that amount from your wallet and may pause the account until the dispute is closed.
7. Suspension and closing
- You can close your account at any time from the panel. Running campaigns stop; unspent balance is handled as in section 6.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the ad policy, that we believe is used for fraud, or when a payment provider or the law requires it.
8. Data
We use your account details to run the service, send receipts and service emails, and prevent fraud, as described in our privacy policy. You can download your data from the panel. Reports show results by country, device and website; they never include personal data about the people who saw your ads.
9. Responsibility
- We provide the service with care but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free, or that a campaign will reach a particular result.
- Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not responsible for lost profits or indirect losses.
- You are responsible for claims made by others because of your ads, your landing pages or your products.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version date is shown at the top; when the change is important we tell you in your panel or by email before it applies. Continuing to use the account after that means you accept the new version.
